World
Test Systems is located in the
heart of the Shenandoah Valley and
has been a member of the Waynesboro business community since
1976. WTS
operates two and three shifts in the drill
and wiring areas to support quick turn-arounds and on-time
delivery. WTS
offers a complete line of fixture kits
to interface into Teradyne/GenRad, Agilent/HP, VXI, and many handler
systems. WTS
also specializes in custom mechanical
fixtures along with Pneumatics. We are a Value-Added
Fixture
Supplier with Agilent/HP, Teradyne/GenRad and are listed in their
literature as an approved and qualified fixture source. World Test Systems has manufactured, drilled, wired and performed QC procedures on more than 48,000 test fixtures for the ATE industry during our 29 year span. We have developed years of experience and are familiar with all phases of the test fixture industry. We have a complete computerized fixturing process for CNC drilling, fixture labeling and semi-automatic wire wrapping. WTS also has a computer controlled tracking and production system to ensure on-time delivery. At the present time, World Test Systems has a customer base in excess of 125 companies. Our products are manufactured in–house so we have complete control and a monitoring system to ensure the latest revisions. Our engineering department is not only responsible for our standard line of test fixtures, but also for many special requirements like the following: Top side probing - (Mechanical, Pneumatic and Vacuum) Dual Stage (In-circuit and Functional) Fixtures Cam-in Devices - (Edge Finger Access) - (Vacuum and Mechanical Types) Overclamp Assemblies - (Many Sizes and Shapes) SMD Fixturing Safety Covers Cold Mold Gaskets .025 and .050 Center Spacing Complete Mechanical Designs Wireless Fixtures Overclamp for Fixtures with PCB’s That Are Hard to Seal VXI Fixturing Pneumatic Fixtures and Assemblies These are just a few of the many special requirements that we have designed.
